The North Carolina Chapter was founded in the early 1980's by Ann B. Turner, who began
by organizing travel excursions both to France, as to other U.S. Chapter cities. In the
years since, the Chapter has provided a variety of cultural and social events for its members
throughout the year. Past highlights have included a dinner at the Carolina Country Club
to celebrate the publication of French Heritage Society's Château Cuisine, with a special
book signing by Princess Marie-Sol de La Tour d'Auvergne. Proceeds from Chapter
benefits are designated for specific grants which members have voted to support.
Tom Faison is the Chairman of French Heritage Society’s North Carolina Chapter.
